What is the cost for room hire?

At Yarraville Event Hub there is no room hire fee as such, the cost is offset against the food and beverage package you choose. Discuss your event requirements with our Event Manager for the most cost-effective option to meet your needs.

How long can I book the event space for?

Most events at Yarraville Event Hub run for 4 to 5 hours, but we understand that every occasion is unique. Whether you need a shorter session or a full-day experience, we’re happy to tailor the booking duration to suit your event goals. Speak with our Event Manager to find the ideal timing that ensures a smooth flow and memorable outcome for your celebration, workshop, or gathering.

Can I bring a cake into the event?

Yes, you can, with a small surcharge per person or we can organise a cake to suit your event requirements.

What food packages do you have and how much are they?

At Yarraville Event Hub, we specialise in creating tailored catering packages to suit the unique style and needs of your event. Whether you’re planning a corporate function, team-building session, or elegant celebration, our event crew is dedicated to delivering a seamless and memorable experience. We offer a wide selection of food options, including grazing and charcuterie boards, Finger food and canapés, share platters and two or three course plated meals. All our menus can be customised to meet cultural preferences, dietary requirements, and your event’s theme. Speak with our Event Manager to design a package with our Chef, that perfectly suits your occasion.

What drink packages do you offer?

Yarraville Event Hub is a fully licensed venue offering flexible beverage options to suit your event style and budget. Choose from our curated drink packages or opt for a consumption-based bar service, whichever works best for your occasion. Our selection includes a wide range of local and international beers, wines, and spirits, as well as non-alcoholic options like soft drinks, juices, and mocktails. Packages can be customised to your preferences, and our experienced Event Manager will work closely with you to select the perfect offering for your guests and budget.

What parking is available at Yarraville Event Hub?
